Canadian businessman, author, speaker, and entrepreneur Brian Wong is well-known in the tech sector. His most notable accomplishments include co-founding and serving as CEO of Kiip, a mobile advertising platform that honours users for their in-app successes.

Wong was born in 1991 in Vancouver, Canada. He shown an early interest in technology and entrepreneurship, and at the age of 18, he started his first firm. He went to the University of British Columbia to study computer technology and business. He worked for the well-known news aggregator website Digg and had an internship at Mohr Davidow Ventures while he was a student.

Wong and his business partner Courtney Guertin co-founded Kiip in 2010. The goal of Kiip was to develop a mobile advertising platform that offered users tangible rewards for achieving in-app goals. After finishing a level in a game, for instance, a user might be given a discount coupon for a coffee shop. At the time, this form of advertising was groundbreaking, and both users and advertisers soon adopted it.

Under Wong’s direction, Kiip expanded quickly and established alliances with well-known companies including Coca-Cola, McDonald’s, and Pepsi. In 2013, Fast Company recognised the organisation as one of the top 50 most innovative businesses in the world. Wong was also included in Forbes’ list of the 30 under 30 in 2011, and in 2013 he appeared on the cover of the publication Entrepreneur.

Brian Wong left his position as CEO of Kiip in 2018 to concentrate on other endeavours. Since then, he has written a book called “The Cheat Code: Going Off Script to Get More, Go Faster, and Shortcut Your Way to Success” that provides guidance and motivation for business owners and professionals. He has also gained popularity as a speaker and has delivered speeches at gatherings like TEDx and the World Economic Forum.

Wong is active in philanthropy in addition to his business and speaking endeavours. He established the Kiip Foundation, which provides funding to organisations that promote wellness, health, and education. In addition, he serves on the board of the San Francisco Symphony, and he has mentored aspiring businesspeople through initiatives like the Thiel Fellowship.

Brian Wong is a wonderful person who has accomplished a lot in a relatively short period of time. His work as an author and speaker has motivated countless business owners and professionals, and his success with Kiip has illustrated the power of innovation and disruption in the technology sector. It is obvious that Brian Wong will continue to play a significant role in society as long as he pursues new endeavours and charitable projects.
